My passenger side window stopped working and i thought it was the window motor as other mechanics told me and estimated me 300 but i came to this one and they just told me that i had my window lock on and it was instantly fixed, no repairs needed. im so glad i now have a honest mechanic i know i can come too

At Cool Auto Repair you are in a good hands. Beside my oil change that I always go there, he after telling him my problem with starting the car in the morning and at night; he after inspecting my car and going above and beyond the car he found out my engine has a leak and needed to be fixed. Sam is such a decent, honest and hardworking man I am so happy going there because I know my problems will be fixed no matter what. Thank you Sam for all you do!

I had to tow my car here because it started to overheat. Sam is very nice and compassionate. He waited after-hours for 2 hours for me. The next day he gave me a call and explained the issue along with the future steps. Very communicative and trustworthy. It turns out my cooling fan relay was damaged, causing the engine to overheat. I’m 100% sure if I took my car to any other place, I would end up getting scammed paying for bogus repairs. My car is now functioning normally after a good price and fast repair. Will definitely return in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance
