I had a great customer service experience with Happy Flushin Inc. Jorge came out to diagnose and service my parents’ plumbing issue, and he was a great guy—very knowledgeable, thorough, and comprehensive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what he was seeing and recommending. Jorge did an excellent job helping us with a main line blockage. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to explain everything along the way. After the repair, he and Josh came back to run a camera through the line to make sure everything was perfect, which we really appreciated. Both guys were extremely kind, honest, and easy to work with, and their pricing was very reasonable. We’re very happy with the service and highly recommend them! At one point, we felt like we were hanging out with old friends!
