Edit - 1/23/21: Added 1 star: I never received a call back, but the bin was picked up late yesterday afternoon. Also wanted to note that the person I spoke with was professional and courteous. My low rating is due to the long service delay and lack of communication. Original Review - 1/22/21: We rented a waste bin from Frank's two weeks ago and filled it within a couple days. Then called for pickup over a week ago. Normally these bins get picked up the next day, but nobody picked it up.
