I used to go to this place all the time but I felt disrespected today and will most likely not come back. I was patiently waiting for a pedicure for over an hour and there was this one lady behind me. When it was my turn for the pedicure, the seat they were preparing for me had some crusty dripping on it so I asked if I can sit elsewhere and they said yes. Then they sat the lady behind me in that seat and started working on her pedicure! It’s just plain rude. I would have just got up and left if I didn’t already invest an hour of waiting. They need to work on their cleanliness and customer service skills.

I was very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the staff I encountered when I visited their establishment. They were not professional, and their language was very poor. I will not be returning to their establishment in the near future. These people referred to my niece as a “Mott” because she was bi-racial laughing about it. Never again I will pay for poor customer service.

I've been a customer for several years now. They are VERY clean and everybody is friendly. It's run by family. They are a walk in type of business and can get very busy. It's cash only and like all small businesses the prices did go up. Their hours of operation have changed and they don't take customers close to closing. Because like all humans, they have to clean up and want to be home at a certain time :)
