Refael was awesome. He arrived very fast, rescued my husband from the bathroom, and replaced the knob and mechanism, so nobody ever gets stuck there again.

Ben came out to a condo that I rent out this morning to rekey 2 locks (handle and deadbolt) as my tenants decided to move out.
He was pleasant on the phone when I called for an estimate and his rate was comparable to others and reasonable. We agreed on a time for him to come out and communicated via text after that initial phone call (which I LOVE when places do this). Ben even answered my text before 8 am when I requested if he could come 30 minutes earlier - which he was able to!
Once we got to my unit, he was quick and professional. Made sure everything worked before he left and gave me two shiny new keys.
