They took advantage of a women and her nephew with the price first they told me not to call nobody else that they would help me and it wasn't so expensive and then they are charging me way to much just to open my nephew car that he left his key inside. $198.00 They are not cheap they are a ripped off that what this company is. I really do not recommend to nobody look for other places before calling them. Very bad taking advantage of people like with prizes ???????????????????????????

Never again. I have paid nearly $700 in less than a year for one commercial lock. One price was quoted on the phone and then it was a different price when he showed up. He berated my wife for not wanting to pay labor when the price was higher than quoted. We assumed his labor charges were included. My children were mortified at how he spoke to my wife. There is also a different price if I agreed to pay partially in cash. Very shady. The lock that was installed stopped working after several months and he agreed to come back for a price. Quoted one price on the phone and it ended up being $90 extra by the time he got there "for labor" and then an extra $15 per key that he tried to charge us for. We asked how much it would be to change another lock when we took over another commercial property in a couple months and he demanded that we buy it now and he would install it later when we actually needed it. He said if we waited, the price would be higher. When we asked why that was he complained about having customers that were too cheap to pay. Extremely rude. I have no idea how he is a member of the Better Business Bureau, but I will never use the service again.
