Manicure was okay, I asked for something and it did not look like the picture, but it still looked nice so I pretended everything was fine. She was very rough when filing my nails and I had to ask her to be gentler 4 times. I didn’t enjoy the fact that it felt like every 5 minutes I was fighting to not get overcharged. They insisted I get a pedicure 3 times, gave me a new set instead of a fill because they said a fill would not be possible (it was possible, they just wanted more money). Got my prom nails done here about a year ago and came back (I haven't gotten my nails done because of work) and though I normally scheduled with Helen in the past, my new go to is gonna be Amy! She was very kind and exceeded my expectations! Love my nails , thank you Amy see you soon!

Amy did my pedicure & it came out great! On the other hand my dip manicure didn't come out as nice. Susan did my dip powder manicure and she was nice but my nails came out bulky and oddly shaped, and the design is not what I was hoping for.
