I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff here. I’ve been bringing my dog here for around 3 years (and most recently a new puppy!) and they are super comfortable with everyone! Dr Suen listens to every concern we have and always gives us multiple options when considering treatment. We have been lucky with our both our dog’s health so far, but any small concern has been addressed super quickly. They are also super accommodating and we are able to get same-day appointments for (what we consider anyway) emergencies, which saves a ton in finding other vet care, plus we know we are going to be looked after here! I had only great experiences at Whipple Ave Pet Hospital with both of our kittens. The visits are friendly, stress free! The team is very knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Suen caught on FIP in one of our kittens very early on, which was critical. She proactively suggested a treatment, and judging from how fast the illness started to progress immediately the next day, I’m sure that saved her life.
Her and the whole team accommodated for Pip to get all the supportive care she needed.
The feeling after all the sleepless nights, once Pip started to be a happy, healthy kitten again, was priceless. Thank you !
Very happy with the care our dog gets at Whipple Avenue Pet Hospital. We take our dog annually, have had sedated teeth cleaning and my dog was just seen for severe gastrointestinal issues.
We saw Dr. Kethavath for our dog’s gastrointestinal issues and he has excellent bed side manner. He recommending supportive care at home which worked well for us and was less expensive than emergency care. He followed up with test results as promised.
The reception staff and vet tech were all very friendly and kind.
