Today first time visit here, I took my daughter and myself for a haircut. Alexandria did my daughter's haircut, she did an amazing job, friendly and professional. I noticed the organization of the customer wait list which I think is really good based on the area, and if you have wait time, you can wait outside and walk around the other shops. The one thing that I think would benefit improving the customer service. The lady who did my hair seemed somwhat annoyed on the way the was speaking. I definitely do appreciate the recommendation she was giving about my hair and how I should style it, but her communication approach and facial expression was a little off to me..

The person who cut my hair today was very nice and cut my hair the way I had liked, also the person at the front desk that had greeted me and checked me in was very nice as she had always been. I like coming to Supercuts because overall they care and are careful to see for my needs. I really appreciate the people here in Redwood City and especially the people recently and the person at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Thank you!
Veronica was very professional. She did a great job trimming my hair. No line, no waiting. It was a great experience. I will go back.
