“A little over 2 years ago, Sammy's team used a drum sander to fully remove the painted deck finish, replaced damaged redwood boards, stained my deck with a semi-transparent stain. Everything was looking good and entertaining ready. The Envirotek team also sealed and stained a new fence and two gates. I didn't like the stain color they selected and Sammy took care of me to change it to ensure I was a happy customer. Fast forward to now and I need Envirotek to refinish the deck post a remodel where the deck became a mess and we had new boards installed to patch a portion. Sammy was the first person I called, met with me right away and provided a very reasonable estimate. He also had all my information from the last job handy. “I used Abstract Windows to do a retrofit replacement from the original 30yr old aluminum windows to new fiberglass windows from Milgard. Alessandro came out and reviewed all windows and happily answered all my questions. For the final measurement Dimitar and Alessandro explained that 2 large windows couldn't be done as retrofit and let me easily remove that from quote since I didn't want new construction right now. Their pricing was very competitive. The windows were ready when the said and they installed 11 windows in 1/2 day. Everything was so professional and now the house is so much quieter that we cannot hear when the delivery truck pulls up for packages. So nice. Windows look great and modern. I highly recommend using them for replacing windows.“
“Chris and his team replaced my roof in 2012. It was a challenging project due to the steep slope of the roof. They tore off the original shakes from the 1960s, added foam insulation, and then the standing seam metal roof. The crew was great to work worth and I have been very happy with the beautiful and long lasting roof. The added insulation has made a big difference in comfort and energy bills.
