I used to have Dr. cohen as my dentist, which is the reason I took off a star. Every single filling I received from him fell out at least once, and he once told me I had zero cavities or issues (a first for me)-- only for the new dentist Dr. Firouzi (who is AMAZING) to be shocked at how much work I needed less than 6 months later! Before the new dentists (Dr. Firouzi and Dr. Kazerani) took over, I was seriously stressing about finding another dental office because I just felt like Dr. Cohen missed the mark or made mistakes with my dental care. I can promise you that's why there are so many bad reviews of this place-- the dentists (at least Dr. Cohen) were terrible. My relief at having a competent dentist cannot be understated!! The staff up front are usually kind and patient, although they can be a little cold. However, if not for my experience with Dr. Cohen, I would rate this place 5/5 stars, especially based on my experience with Dr. Firouzi.
Visited Rubinchik... Rushed, procedure unfinished, a week later, did root canal that was rushed (he's always got two patients at a time)... Still have pain in that tooth two years later. It was also weird that he recommended teeth straightening. - I was 62 years old at the time. Whats the point now??? Fishy all around; find another.
Love Dr Rubinchik. He's kind and funny and likes the Beatles. The front desk staff are great working with insurance and nice when I have to reschedule. The dental hygienists are gentle and kind.
