We contacted Peninsula Concrete to help switch out the old water meter box at the sidewalk and repaired the sidewalk back to initial stage. This includes cutting the existing sidewalk, removing the old box, and dropping in the new larger water meter box. Dennis and his team (family business) did that flawlessly. First, Dennis stopped by onsite to discuss the job scope, then followed by a quote the same day. We explained to Dennis that we need this job done ASAP. He is able to help by sending his team to perform the job within the next few days. Most importantly, he scheduled & passed the inspection the same day they perform the prep work, which is extremely efficient. And we got our final approval the week after. Adrianna from his team is also very helpful, by providing all the required paperworks for City permit application before we start the project. We highly recommend Peninsula Concrete for sidewalk or concrete services because they did a great job and they are very helpful and accommodating.

What a terrific team. They stuck by us through the 20 months it took to get permits for removing 2 "significant" redwood trees, replacing both the sidewalk (concrete] and driveway [pavers] that had been damaged by the tree roots, and then standing by for months while we waited for PG&E to top one tree next to a power line. Communications were excellent and they even finished off some of the work left wanting by the tree removal company. Costs were reasonable for the work involved, with no surprises. Highly recommended!!
