I see they took down my bad review and I am here to post about it again! This place is terrible it's legit the worst experience I've ever had from a nail shop not only that they should be shut down. Me and my friend came here to get our nails done because my original nail tech was sick and I needed to get them done asap! Like the nail glue was not longer holding on with me. First it was completely dead and that should've been the red flag from jump! She sat me and my friend down she kept getting up to answer the phone and what looks like was her son came out to do my friends manicure. Which they asked her if she wanted her nails cut and she said no keep them at the length they are and he filed her nails alllll the way down to her skin. As the lady which I'm assuming is the owner kept looking over at home while she was drilling my nails and drilled my nail so bad that it nicked me and she drilled into my nail where it's now separated. This place is for high school girls who don't know what quality is and it shows in the way me and my friend was handled like I rather take dry dick up my ass than to sit in this nail shop and get my nails done! She didn't shape my nails she basically laid the acrylic down and couldn't do anything else she glued my skin to my nails left acrylic all over my fingers couldn't even do a simple ass design and I had told her just paint it solid like I was beyond irritated and I ended up paying $80 for both me and my friend which I shouldn't have paid that at all like she rushed through my nails the nail polish came up my friends nails didn't even last a week they also painted her nails a completely different color from what she asked and we were done! Like the vibe here is not it. I didn't want to make my friend uncomfortable and cause a scene but I should have especially with the nail damage she caused like bitch the way I am not happy I go to pinko nails all the time and I should've just went there busy or not and waited 4 hours rather than taking a dumb risk like I did here! Never again the service was bad they don't know what they're doing like you have on this expensive ass jewelry but can't do nails correct like make it make sense!

I went here because they had good reviews, but my experience there was terrible. They booked too many back-to-back appointments so my manicure was very rushed. There was only one person working that day, so if they didn’t have the capacity, they shouldn’t have accepted the appointment. The work was incredibly sloppy. I wanted a nail design, but she insisted on stickers. The stickers didn’t even last one day (see photo). The gel cured onto my cuticles and skin, and after I told them, they said it “lasts longer that way” and that I should just wash my hands. I had to clean it myself at home. This nail salon was the only one open in downtown Redwood City on a Tuesday. I walked in and the salon was empty which should have set off alarm bells. The nail technician was nice but she nicked me twice on two different fingers, drawing blood. Ultimately, my gel manicure looked very unprofessional and like it was done by an amateur. I will not return and do not recommend having a manicure here.
