My therapist recommended I try Neuro Feedback therapy for my lifelong battle with anxiety. I started my sessions in January, and I noticed a change almost immediately. After about 3-4 sessions, my anxiety level had significantly decreased. I completed 22 sessions. I still cannot explain how neuro feedback works, but it works! I now have mild anxiety about things I should be anxious about, but I do not stress over every little thing that is happening to me or around me like I did before this therapy. Currently seeing Dr. Steinberg for couples therapy. We have been seeing him for 2 months now and we are experiencing improvements in our relationship. He is very professional and kind.
