If you're looking for a reliable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy contractor for your project, hire Shai and his team! Shai built us a powder room during the pandemic, and came in right on time and on budget. Recently, he renovated our kitchen, laundry room, and back deck. Our house is old and full of surprises, and Shai takes it all in stride. He has great intuition for problem solving both big and small issues as they arise. He's also upfront when work is out of scope from the estimate so there are no unexpected expenses. He wants you to be happy with the end result and puts in the effort to make it happen. We hired Shai because there were good reviews about his work. He did an extensive job fixing a tennis court retaining wall including alot of drainage work. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns over the weeks to complete the job. Shai was very reliable and very importantly, he is very conscientious about getting every detail right. His prices are in line with his high quality work. I also appreciated that he left everything very clean so there was no mess left behind. He also hires very capable workers who are hardworking, friendly and very conscientious and capable about the job. We also used him for fixing damaged stucco garage walls and again, he did a very high quality job and did everything he said he would do. All the people he employs are the same caliber in their work ethic. Shai is a contractor who does many kinds of jobs and I recommend him very highly if you want a good guy who does a really good job with no corners cut!

Shai and his crew were great, helpful, and thorough in their work. We had a small remodel project which got a little bigger once we found water damage, but their prices were fair and I'm more than happy with how everything turned out. We had two sunlights added to the kitchen, a new wall put up, folding doors installed, and half the house interior repainted. The water damage repair meant a wall came down and was rebuilt. The rooms they worked on look brand new, and the new walls are way better than what was there before. I look forward to working with Shai and his awesome crew again when the time comes.
