Outstanding service. I've been coming here for years as a satisfied customer but today, I screwed up and Lara saved the day.

I dropped off a fun party jacket that was being altered but flew off 1,400 mile trip, completely forgetting to pick it up when it was ready!

She saved me by taking payment over the phone, boxing it up, and handing it off to the UPS Store next door.

Over the top service and I'm grateful for the attention. Lastly, I will point out I've been coming here for years because the service is so perfectly reliable I've taken it for granted. But no more! I will always go out of my way to take my clothes to Lara's ❤️

I am VERY happy with the alterations I have had done at this business. I have had minor work like zippers replaced and buttons sewn back on and everything has been done well and has lasted. I am disappointed by how expensive their dry cleaning is, nearly double the cost I am used to spending but they are so much closer that sometimes I use them anyway. They are friendly and helpful and my items are always done on time.
