Hands down the most responsive and honest plumber we have ever worked with. We own an older home in San Mateo so we've had LOTS of experience with plumbers over the years and I always felt completely fleeced. Recently our sewage backed up on the street, we had a "reputable" company come to check it out... yada yada yada... they start doing their thing and all of a sudden it looks like we will be replacing all the piping under our home, costing a fortune. Patrick and Brian came today and told us we do NOT have a plumbing problem. Wow! Talk about being honest. We have a weird smell in our bathroom and thought it could be a leak somewhere. They came over, looked over everything and said whatever it is, it's not a plumbing issue. I will call them again if I ever have a plumbing issue because I can trust that they will be very honest. They did not charge me for the coming out.

We are repeat customers of Handy Plumbing Man, and recently we worked with Jose. He helped us replace our toilets and came by again when we had another unrelated issue. We are always very pleased with the service and reasonable rates. They also have a way for you to track your plumber as he is en route, which is really helpful.
