Worst place ever. They don't listen to customers. I just wanted a plain straight haircut and they said yes. Ended up charging a lot more and started arguing that they did layered cuts. Finished my hair cut in literally 7 mins. So unhygienic. Hair was all over my dress and face.

I got up early in the morning for a perm and I waited for 4 hours for the process and guess what it didn't work. The solution they put in my hair burned me and instead of curly hair I got straight hair. They were rough with my hair and only talked to the other staff. They didn't put attention to their clients. NEVER GO HERE

This salon is not a good choice and not professional, I walked in and no one greeted me, the ladies were just looking. I asked if they took in walk ins and one asked the other if she could and she said yes but I had to wait(which was fine I was washing). So I waited and when she told me to come to the chair I said I needed a very good trim so she says ok. She starts wetting my hair so I guess they don't wash your hair before. She shows me how much hair she is cutting so I say ok and starts to cut it. As she she is cutting she is yanking on my hair the whole time and it takes her not even 15 minutes and then she's done. She just stops and asks so I want to see the back. She doesn't blow dry or oil it at all. It overall took 20 minutes at most and she charged me $45. My scalp hurt at the end so that will be my first and last time there.
