Love the manager. Lily and Anna will take care of you instead of the people under her. She needs new employees. Usually go here. But for the fourth time. I can't believe her employees are lazy and too greedy. If you need to remove fake nails they will not do it. $10 just to remove. It pays. It's not like removal is free. Just so lazy and greedy. The last time I was there as soon as I mentioned that I want removal of nails they kept bouncing me around. Before I left, one of the old ladies there tried to grab me and say wait. Come back. Told them I will be right back. But I will never get my nails done from them again. They lost me as a customer and I will let my friends...read full review

I set an appointment ClassPass (beauty&fitness app) what was available near me before I had work. It was quick and easy to find this location in the shopping center. Inside was bigger than I thought and greeted right away with friendliness. Thuy was the lady that assisted me right away to get the room ready for me for my facial. Thuy very friendly and gentle on my face. She gave me an wonderful experience with doing my face. It felt so relaxing and the product used was very safe. She ended giving an amazing massage through my shoulder & neck & arm. I highly recommend Thuy to book for your facial. She'll definitely take care of you!
