As a realtor, I have been using Citrus Plus service for over 10 years, they are very professional, and on time, with great quality work. He is Honest! Lately, he found a diamond earring ring around the carpet and baseboard, he called me right away and contacted the owner. Appreciate his great work, every time I need carpet cleaning, I go with his service. Strongly recommended.Services: Pet stain & odor removal
I realized 3 days before they were scheduled to come that our street was going to be closed the day Citrus Carpets were scheduled. Craig was quick to respond and understanding .We set up again. Luis was able to come out a day early. My light gray carpet looks great. The 2 chairs look so much better. Both Craig and Luis are great to work with.Services: Upholstery cleaning
I have never met a contractor who has more knowledge or passion for what he does for a living. Craig told me everything he was going for my carpets, and carefully explained the process and what makes his unique ability and equipment the perfect combo for getting carpets, rugs and upholstery clean. He cleaned our carpet and a wool rug and both came out looking exceptional. By far the best work we have ever had done on a high-traffic carpet. The kicker is that Citrus Plus only uses safe products on my carpet that include a light orange solvent ( the orange mist that comes from when you squeeze an orange peel ) and Probiotics that eliminate harmful bacteria in the carpet and in the air. Citrus Plus equipment was so effective, you could see old cleaners left by other cleaners going up through the hose as bubbles. Citrus Plus does not use products that bubble so it was clear those were residual. Craig was explaining that the products he uses leave no residual only clean, healthy carpet and floor surfaces that have a very light pleasant smell while they are drying. I won't be using anyone else for my carpets. Oh, and Craig was on time and ready to go for an efficient turnaround and carpets were only slightly damp which meant they dried within a couple of hours. In talking with Craig he explained why his 25 foot-only hose and portable suction system was far more effective than \"truck-mounted\" units which might have between 50 and 100+ feet of hose that loses suction foot over foot. He also uses rotary suction cleaning and does not require heat or steam so no damage to your carpet. The Best! Thanks Craig and Citrus Plus!
