I got a balayage and haircut with Monse and she did a fantastic job. She was meticulate and detail-oriented with the balayage, and checked with me for key choices like level of lightening, warmth, layering, etc. I've gotten balayage done at several salons at this point, and these are the best results I've ever had. It was beautifully blended with the right dimensionality and warmth for me. To be fully transparent, I had 2 previous booking attempts (for a haircut and a blowout) at this salon that involved scheduling hiccups. First time at Bay Blondes Salon in Redwood City. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted face framing highlights to camouflage my grays. She said partial highlights would be better and look alot nicer. She was right! But she is the stylist. Glad I listened. Hair came out great. Very happy and will defiantly be back! Mahalo Vanessa!!!
