Love Coach McCreadie, he is extremely hands on and creates a fun learning environment for the kids, teens and adults. He also brings Bay Area culture into a traditional style, blending Eastern and Western philosophies. This dojo also ties into Adrenaline Worldwide, a group that works with Hollywood studios to include choreographed martial arts and stunts. The dojo is clean spacious and welcoming. One thing is that the name has changed to Afro Bushido Academy just in case you are looking for more information.

All 3 of my children love these self-defense classes. Teaches them discipline in the skill. Cost is great, location is perfect. Next year my 5 year old will start. He can't wait. ?

Awesome place! Coaches are very professional and helpful. They go slow and correct your movement and help you make every move perfect. Also, 1:1 or small class, so everyone gets coached. Highly recommended!
