We moved into our Abodu 5 months ago. I love the space saving design, and they stuck to budget. We have a few problems, like rain coming in under our front door, but we are hoping they will fix these issues. We had an exterior paint problem and they addressed that, so our hopes are high that this level of service will continue. If you buy an Abodu, I would recommend spending more time than you think you need before deciding on the orientation. The sun in these beautiful west facing windows is a beast. We had to put up floor to ceiling blackout drapes so we can sit in the living room in the afternoon. Of course, even without that sun, so much glass in a backyard unit doesn't lean in to privacy for both homes, so curtains are a necessity anyway. Planting a shade tree next. Overall, love my little home in my grandbebe's back yard.
