For the price, this spa is somewhat reasonable. Unfortunately I have to take away a star for the lack of updating of information online as my friend and I were under the impression the massage was 25 dollars when in fact it was actually 50 (we didn't know this until we walked inside). I had received an hour foot massage and although the masseuse's technique was amazing, she spent more time massaging my legs rather than my feet. My friend received a full body+reflexology hour massage and he enjoyed it although he felt it was too aggressive at times. If you come here, I definitely recommend communicating with your masseause to assure your preferences are met! :)

I had gone here routinely for an affordable option to get some knots out. It was as what should be expected for a $25 hour at this sort of place. I walked in and was pointed towards a sign stating the NEW PRICES. They are now charging $40 for the one hour massage. Nothing has changed, just a huge price increase. I have gone here for years and they know my name and phone number when I call and they didn't have the courtesy to notify me of the enormous price increase in advance. Then to top it off, I have a stamp card that awards you with a free massage after you purchase 10 massages. My masseuse informed me that it was no longer a FREE massage, it was going to be a good for $25 dollar massage. Too many changes for no other reason than to gauge good clients. Sorry to say....I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Pros: I called and wanted to go in and needed appointment they were able to squeeze me in. The massage was decent nothing special some parts better. Cons: Bigggg concern!!! Massager did not wash hands between clients and only used hand sanitizer. The massager took off the mask when working. I only notice when I my session was done as they lay towel over your eyes. I was confused with the order of things since I've had reflexology massage before. They soaked my feet in hot water but I had to lay down so it was awkward position after a while it hurt my lower back. I didn't like the fact that when I flipped and laid on my stomach and I open my eyes I saw how dirty the floor and inside the facial hole. You can see the build up of dust and hair. Before going in I ask if they took credit cards because they had a sign saying it's not working, the lady insisted it work. SO when paying they lady said they'll charge $1 fee for use I was fine with that $26 in total and I was going to give her cash tip. Well the first card got denied and then the second. She was looking at me like ummm your card doesn't work. I had to assist her and do the transaction myself and told her how to use the machine. I knew how to work it because of my previous job we were at it for 5 mins, I was annoyed and frustrated. Then I handed her a tip, it's custom to tip 20% for good job and 35% for excellent experience. When I had over the tip and ask for change she was like no, I told her I only wanted to give her 32% tip especially since I didn't have the best experience. She ran off and said some curse words and came back with the change. I wouldn't recommend coming here, better try the one in North Torrance they have awesome service comfortable massage table, clean and rewards system.
