Venice Family Clinic - South Bay Family Health Care provides a clean and safe environment for patients. The staff is generally great, with some standout employees who provide exceptional care and kindness. However, patients may experience long wait times, with some waits exceeding an hour. Despite this, the doctors are reasonable and attentive. Overall, the clinic is worth visiting for the quality care, but be prepared to wait.
Staff has been good, especially Gena Craemer, but to get someone to answer a phone is almost impossible. Almost every time I try. Today has been especially bad. Waited 20 min the first time and hung up and now have been on for 52 minutes. Terrible.
I have been fortunate to be seen by Gsil Gabourel, MD. The system is stacked against the staff, minimal time allotted for each visit. In spite of this, she has provided attentive and personal care. Showing real concern and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome. Thorough and understandable explanations for my labs and imaging results. What I would deem above and beyond efforts to secure my needed specialist follow up appointments. THANK YOU.
