I wasn’t sure what to expect but Happy to report I had a good experience with the pediatric side of things. From the front desk, medical assistant and doctor, my visit went smooth and we were in&out within an hour. They were helpful, polite and efficient.

My experience at this place has been nice because of some of the staff inside. I want to give a special shoutout to MA's Clarine Jacobs & Barbara Pequeno for taking such good care of me. I can faint in blood tests and need a butterfly needle as the blood veins can be a bit difficult. Both of them made sure to not only be careful and distract me in conversation but do it with such kindness and efficiency. Thank you Clarine for the conversation and remembering to call me regarding the vaccine after! Shoutout to Doc Gail Gabourel as well. It’s unbelievable! I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, as required! After they check my blood pressure, temperature….. I needed to wait one hour (1 hour) to see the doctor face.If you have nothing to do….and have enormous patience!!!!! This is the right place for you!It’s a completely mass! After I’m waiting more than one hour, and complaining hi is taking so long…. They asked me if I want to reschedule my appointment!!!! My gosh…. This place is really a nightmare!The doctor amendment was reasonable, but …. Be prepared to wait…. Wait…. !The five stars of course it’s been ironic!
