Great place, the owner Gina is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions we had about pilates when my wife and i were deciding on a gym to try out. Absolutely the best in the south bay!
Would highly recommend this place, great staff, location, and service. Definitely will be coming back for more pilates. The owners make you feel very welcomed, and take the time and effort to make you have the best experience possible. The studio is very clean and organized, and the best studio that I have found in the South Bay. Will definitely come back.
We love ShapeShiift Pilates! Gina and Erin are the best owners. Fitness, injury or staying mobile, it does not matter. This are highly trained and certified teachers and they offer privates, semi-privates and classes. I enjoy my time with ShapeShift it is a chance for me to invest in me and small businesses.
