Special commendation for our technician Wilson. We asked for several things for repair and replace (toilet and two sinks). Setting the appointment up by phone was simple. He showed up on time, kept the house clean, and communicated clearly. He was up front about the pricing and checked with the home office each time to tell us what the price would be. I found everything to be fair. Finished quickly (I'd say under an hour) on matters that would have easily taken us the full day to do worse. Even checked and fixed a shower head for us free of charge as he had the time and bandwidth. We've used them for the past two years and would not consider using any other service.
Definitely the best I've ever worked with, especially their plumbing technician Martin! Had a pipe leak under my home, during the heat wave!!!! Martin saved me and my daughter (undergoing chemo). Mattucci plumbing wouldn't do the job (sent out TipTop Restoration - who wanted $3,000 to dry the soil, blah, blah, blah). Bestline & other plumbers, refused to come out. Nearly an entire week of stress and anxiety, suffocating heat and no one willing to fix a simple pipe leak .... until Martin!!! He sacrificed his Sunday, in extreme heat, spent nearly 2 hours under our home and never complained once - was actually the opposite. Nicest young man I've ever met. Outstanding Service. Same Day Service. I made call in the morning. Wilson arrived a few hours later.Wilson fixed, replaced and repaired part of a damaged underground water pipe in the backyard. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you to Sal's Plumbing for sending a very skilled and capable plumber.
