After over twenty years here as a patient and my wonderful doctor leaves. Today I had the worst experience here. I show up on time for a physical and the entire experience from the MA telling me to hurry up and give a Urine sample because they're 7 minutes behind to the doctor refusing to do my scheduled physical because I'm a new patient. Over 20 years and this is how I'm treated. Thankfully I have a PPO and have choices. I hate giving bad reviews but am so shocked at this treatment.

I needed to make an appointment with a specialty doctor due to a condition that had developed ...I wanted a female, because the male in the department has horrible reviews. I was given an appointment 6 weeks out. Today is the appointment and the office called to cancel it due to an emergency. I fully understand. BUT... they now shove me out another 6 weeks until I can see the doctor. This is ridiculous. Since I was canceled by the doctors office, I should have been given an appointment much sooner. I'm done with this medical group. Their level of care is horrible.

Just called to cancel an appt, what a rude person that answered. Exactly at 1:10 I called. Very dry. Maybe the person shouldn't be answering phones. No phone etiquette what so ever.
