Although it was pleasant dealing with Kelsey and Ryan we had some issues with our pool design. We had a patio with sun chairs and she made the measurements so small that a standard chaise lounge doesn’t fit on the patio. Kelsey claimed she thought I wanted more grass. In the end it was a big oversight. Also, Kelsey had us wire a payment for some materials and claimed our contractor would reimburse us. While he verbally confirmed, he decided that he never agreed to any such terms and we ended up having to pay for materials even though it was included in our contract.
