The staff at the Redondo Beach LensCrafters are all friendly and welcoming. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and they even accommodated me when I was running late. Appreciate having a nice experience for once when going to a doctor's appointment since it does not seem to be the norm these days.
Ivan, the General Manager, and friend took great care of me.. not only did he pick out my frames the last time... he did it again, perfect fit as usual. Great and welcoming experience and staff. They are more like family.
