Ancient Ways is amazing. My son has trained there for a year, and his discipline (in class) has improved by leaps and bounds. I started training there in August of 25, and it's the first exercise I've enjoyed in years. Chris Colwell and his cadre of blackbelts are fantastic instructors, and the community is welcoming and encouraging.

My entire family has trained at Ancient Ways for 6 years now. It is an amazing Martial Arts school with great family energy and a strong sense of community. It's really good for helping build structure and discipline in our children. Kyosanim Colwell is great with the kids but also teaches a very useful style of karate for adults. Training with my kids and watching them grown through their training has been an amazing experience. Give it a try.

Mr. Colwell is a fun, motivating and disciplined instructor. He teaches broader life, integrity and character lessons along with the karate. My son loves the classes, game nights, nerf wars and all the other stuff they put on. The close community of kids, parents and teachers really shines
