This pet grooming place absolutely butchered the hair of my beautiful Bernese Mountain dog doodle. We were recommended this place by another grooming place in hopes of giving our doggie the paw-fect look, well they did NOT execute. We also asked them to take out two specific knots near her nose. They said they would take out the knots, then after the appointment, the lady at the front desk said “oh we must’ve forgot”. Safe to say we are never going back.

Poodles hair is thick and difficult. They did exactly what I asked for and made sure I liked it before I left. Definitely going back!
