This pet grooming place absolutely butchered the hair of my beautiful Bernese Mountain dog doodle. We were recommended this place by another grooming place in hopes of giving our doggie the paw-fect look, well they did NOT execute. We also asked them to take out two specific knots near her nose. They said they would take out the knots, then after the appointment, the lady at the front desk said “oh we must’ve forgot”. Safe to say we are never going back.

I just brought my 2 small dogs for grooming. I thought they do good per other reviews however, when I checked the dogs when we got home, I noticed the hair are not evenly cut or shaved, the hair under the paws have not been trimmed, the hair on the ears that I mentioned to them to trim as well were not done. I am very disappointed as I have tried many others around the area, and this is the only place where I have to give one star. Sorry.

I come here often when my lab needs grooming. I first tried them out when I saw a coupon for $30 (any service), so what better than to request a shave down? I get my lab shaved every year during the summer - she loves it and I love that it helps with her constant shedding! They did an awesome job and I've been going there for over 2 years now. Regular price is $45, which is still affordable but definitely keep a look out for their $30 special and try them out. You won't be disappointed with the friendly staff and their professional work.
