My frenchie lost the use of his back legs in a matter of hours. Rushed him to veterinary emergency center of Redlands and was seen almost immediately after arriving. He was diagnosed with IVDD and we were provided with a few options to help alleviate his pain. I opted for the cold laser therapy (6 session) package which is preformed in office as well as the recommended meds for home. Just after one treatment he was doing much better. The staff was friendly and compassionate. The vet was very thorough and explained all options in detail. Facility was extremely clean, organized and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I feel like the Vet we spoke to did not really check my one week old puppy correctly. all she stated was something we looked up in the web nothing else, I'm not even sure if they checked my puppies vitals or what they did once they took him back and then brought him back to us......just an update my puppy past away 2 days later.....this review is the Pt care not the customer service....the front desk staff was amazing very attentive with everyone in the waiting room....

Although it was a long wait, the care and concern the entire staff was well worth the wait. The whole staff was kind and supportive, however Veronica, an office receptionist went above and beyond with her display of kindness and empathy.

We are so grateful for the compassionate care we received here on one of the hardest days of our lives. The staff acted quickly, treated Oreo with kindness and respect, and understood his lung cancer diagnosis without pushing unnecessary testing. They supported our decision for in-home euthanasia, helped ensure we had a same-day appointment, and gave him medication to keep him comfortable before we left. We truly felt listened to and supported during an incredibly painful time.

A very nice facility, great people. My dog is doing great so far, thank you for the surgery and excellent care. Well, now I'm not sure. They took the stitches out but still really swollen. Taking him back tomorrow.

Had already gone to another Vet who couldn't do anything and charged way to much. I explained what happened to Dr. Nikita Tower, she took my dog, found the problem, took care of it and actually got $$ back from my estimate. This is the best emergency place and Dr. Tower is AMAZING!!!!!!

I brought my cat here after she started vomiting from potentially eating tinsel. Out of fear, I chose this emergency clinic instead of waiting for her regular vet. We arrived at 3:45 PM and she was taken back right away. The staff were friendly overall.
The veterinarian recommended X-rays at a cost of $599, on top of other things, and said a tech would come out shortly to review estimates for approval. We then waited nearly THREE HOURS before anyone followed up, despite checking in multiple times.
Later that night, we were told her X-rays “didn’t look good” and surgery was strongly recommended at a cost of $5,000. Feeling uneasy, we sought a second opinion. Another veterinarian told us she did not need surgery and quoted X-rays at $168. Her regular vet later charged $150 for the same imaging to confirm the foreign object was completely out of her body.
Being charged $599 for X-rays, followed by an unnecessary surgery recommendation, left us feeling taken advantage of during a very stressful situation.

We brought our dog, Molly, to the Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands. Even though we lost her, I don't believe we could of gotten better care for her anywhere else. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and compassionate. The Doctors were always informative and helpful
