My service writer was great and was very professional and attentive. The one thing I recognized was the lack of attentiveness of the service writers who were not assigned to my order or other customers. Many of them would not make eye contact and did not attempt to even greet the customers they were not helping.

Had appointment for rear break job dropped vehicle off Tuesday not completed until Friday afternoon way to long will not use them ever again.

My service agent Gerald was amazing. I called last minute the day before with a ton of questions about my cars warranty and service recommendations. He was patient and answered all of my questions. When I brought my car in, I was greeted and notified that I was there. He quickly appeared talked me though the process. I felt respected, and valued which is huge for a women at an auto dealership service department. I would recommend him and the Tom Bell service center to everyone. I'm falling in love with my Traverse and Chevy dealership.

Had an issue with my 2016 silverado shutting off on me while driving on the highway. Took it a shop near me and they misdiagnosed it and it returned it to me and it shut off again 45 minutes of driving later. Gave it back to them and they couldnt find the issue and gave up so gave me my truck back. Figured I would take it to Tom Bell Chevy, as they should be the professionals. Unfortunetly that was not the case. Tom Bell chevy had my truck for a month and charged me 2300 bucks just to diagnose it!
Two weeks into the diagnostic, we mentioned that we had another vehicle in the family and it could possibly be the same issue. They disregarded our comment and had my vehicle another 2 weeks before confirming it was exactly what we mentioned! They proceeded to charge me another 1400 bucks for the last two weeks the vehicle was there. After they confirmed it was the catalytic converter clogged up they wanted another 4500 bucks to replace only one of the 3 cats!!! Mind you one of the top catalytic converters was bad so obviously the rear converter was the one clogged (which cut off air to the vehicle). So they were going to charge me 4500 to replace the one and then who knows how much to replace the bottom one after having knowledge that all the insides would make their way down the exhaust. So I decided to replace all 3 catalytic converters myself for 1/4 of the chevy price. Had a tow truck pick my truck up from chevy for the poor performance and outrageous pricing and when it was returned to be at my home it had grease marks all on the front of the vehicle and a new paint chip on my driver side door with grease around the chip as well. A complaint was made to Tom Bell and I have yet to hear anything back. I would steer clear of Tom Bell Chevy in Redlands unless you have an extra vehicle and 10,000 bucks to spend on labor and parts, and extra money for a detail and new paint job.

Ordered me some floor mats and they came in within a few days. I also was able to use reward points to pay for them, so Iam very pleased.
