I had dog urine on my rug and tried spot cleaning it myself but it still smelled. They came and picked up the rug and returned it. After having it cleaned it still smelled. I called them and they came back out and picked it up and cleaned it free of change. Great customer services and very friendly.

This is my second time using their services and both have been great experiences! We like to get our carpet cleaned periodically because we have pets, and they have left our carpet and couch in perfect condition. We have light colored couches and were concerned about possible discoloration after cleaning them, but no discoloration occurred. They were knowledgeable on what products worked best for them. We are very pleased! When we called them, their secretary was very kind, professional, and helpful as well! We highly recommend.
