I called in the morning and they graciously squeezed us into the end of the day’s schedule. My husband dropped his coffee on the carpet. Coffee is acidic and very bad for carpet and pad. The stain if not properly removed can reappear so I knew I needed this done asap. The tech called when he was on his way and did a great job! Thank you!!
