First off- this is the first review I have ever done on any site. I would never take the time to do this unless my experience was extremely horrible. The only reason I am doing this review is because of the extremely poor communication and service at Sheer Beauty. I purchased a Groupon package for a 6 visit laser hair removal. Two of the appointments were cancelled without any notification. I took time off of work only to show up and be told that my appointments were canceled. Why didn´t I receive any phone calls???? A third appointment they called and told me the machine was down and they didn´t know when it would be fixed. I could either go to Redlands (too far for me) or be put on a wait list. Worst experience I have ever had at any business specializing in beauty. Not recommended AT ALL for any laser hair removal.

Made two facial appointments for me and my daughter both at the same time. 5 min before our scheduled appt, they left a message to cancel the appt. We were already in the salon! They said there was an emergency, the aesthetic person had to leave. I asked if they only had one person doing the facial? The receptionist said yes. How can that be when we had two separate appt.? At the same time? The plan was...Only one person was going to do both my daughter and my facial at the same time? that's crazy? I asked to rescheduled asap. They told me they're close on Wednesdays and next appt available will be at the Redlands branch! Why would I drive all the way to Redlands when I'm so close to the Upland Branch! They were being unreasonable! Customer service was definitely poor! I was expecting that they would accommodate us with the first available appt and be apologetic for screwing us with our original appt.and wasting our time! For a very pricey place to have a facial, I guess my expectation was too high! I'll never go back to this place and will never recommend it! Go somewhere else! You'll get better customer service for sure.

So pleased with the service i got today. I got fillers done. Staffs were very gentle. So pleased with the result AA+++ i recommended. Money well spent. Affordable. Btw, it was so gentle, that I didn't feel anything

I am not the kind to write a review, but this place really caught my attention and I feel deserves a perfect 10. A friend told me about Sheer beauty and I took my mom to this medical spa for some botox. My experience from start to finish was awesome. Customer service was awesome. My mom was little apprehensive but they made her feel at ease. The nurse who did the botox was very patient with my mom and made her comfortable. I would surely recommend this place.

I have been a client of them for years and never hesitate to refer women of color to them. Liz and Charlene are basically beauty encyclopedias! They not only provide skin care but also make sure you are informed related to the procedures and the reality of what can occur for your skin. Outstanding customer service!

I booked this initial appointment to do a consultation but more importantly to do a hydra facial. I was told over the phone that as a new client, I would be able to do the hydra facial for 149. I go in for the initial consultation, which was awesome. Got a lot of info and next steps. Today was my self care day off work. Seems no one knew about the hydra facial I booked. The consultation was done, I didnt bring it up.So, maybe one day I will go back. Maybe it is the change in management. I walked out with no hydra facial and a plan for future treatments. Didnt cost me anything. Friendly staff. The only time I mentioned the facial was when I walked in and said I have an appointment for a hydrafacial, but... maybe they didnt hear me and I didnt care enough to reiterate. It is important to me in especially settings where your face is being worked on, that people listen, I am assuming whoever booked the appointment didnt note my reason being there. I dont like to put in effort when I did that already over the phone. I am the customer and not gonna put in the work that should have been done. Staff is awesome otherwise!
