What a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Was looking for a comfortable, clean salon in the area and this is it. Jennifer gave me a great pedicure, good conversation. Serendipity gives you the salon experience you want but can never find!

Just had a haircut with Shelly. Love her. She understood what I was asking for, and I appreciate that. I have thick Asian hair that needs to be lightened/cut without it look frazzled. She understood the type of internal layers that I want. Every request/note I gave her, she complied. She's also fun and nice. This was my first time with her but I'll be coming back. I go to Ann for nails here too and love her as well ;).
