A couple of months ago, we had a leak in our solar pool system, and the actuator that controls the flow to the solar panels wasn’t working. I reached out to Pool Werx to see if they could temporarily shut it off until the solar company could come out. Ken Van Ufflen responded promptly, took care of it, and explained what needed to be done when the solar repair company arrived.
