Walker has been an amazing help getting us settled in our new (used) home. He's gone above and beyond what we needed and offered advice when asked. <3 When I had concerns the office manager, Mike, was also a blessing and helped ease my concerns with not just grace but with calming efficiency. :) Thank you!
What a Pleasant experience today with such polite, caring staff! I had the pleasure of meeting Walker today when our A/C stopped working the previous evening during the heatwave! We called quite a few other places to see if we could get someone out the same day, and everyone was booked up until the following week!
I was THRILLED when they told me they would come first thing this morning!!
Walker arrived and diagnosed everything, found the problem quickly and fixed it.
We also had the maintenance done and I was shocked at what other companies were lacking in cleaning the unit, and not doing .
