Matt Rundle did excellent work in getting our loan organized and approved. He kept in touch with us the entire time throughout the loan process, calling us frequently to provide answers to many questions we had. He provided several options to configure our loan supporting our 1031 exchange purchase. His communication with us, our real estate broker and the entire team kept the process moving smoothly. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for mortgage lender.
