great surgery, great staff, but the efficiency is questionable.
i went in for surgery on june 10, and i was really nervous. they only let one of my parents at a time which is understandable. after surgery, i was in the recovery room. the beds are pretty standard, a bit uncomfortable but they kept saying the ambulance was going to take me soon and it kept getting delayed. i was in the recovery room for 7 or 8 hours before they wheeled me to the ambulance and i was the first of 6 other people.

Nurses and infusion experience were fine. Both times I had appointments scheduled they changed my appointment times without notifying me so I was late to my first and missed my second. Instead of rescheduling I'm just never going back. It's too stressful to deal with their lack of professionalism, miscommunication, and inability of proper scheduling.

I had such a great experience at this hospital. Everyone was so friendly and answered the questions I had. The day after my procedure, I received a voicemail checking in on me saying that they were “rooting for me” and “I was in their thoughts.” All the little extra touches made me feel like a human and that I was receiving good care. The procedure itself was also flawless.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I absolutely had to!! I had a surgery on March 25. My surgery was done by Dr. Bouma and he is absolutely amazing! Highly highly recommend him for any OBGYN issues. The team that worked with me in recovery was amazing as well. Very comfortable, calm, and listened to all my fears. I stayed one night to get my pain under control before going home. Every single nurse I had was amazing! And I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE. I usually end up with one nurse that’s lacking bed side banners, but here? Every nurse I had was amazing. Tammy worked the night shift the night of the 25th my room number was 2112, and she was just amazing!! My day nurse (I forgot her name) she was amazing also! And one thing I noted was every single nurse, doctor, or resident that came in my room performed proper hand hygiene before entering my room and when leaving my room. I felt so confident in my staff members that I was actually able to relax and sleep! They were always on time with meds without having to ask. The food was also yummy! The dinning staff were awesome as well! Just an overall amazing experience!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me at a time that I was absolutely terrified!!

I went for routine ct scan and the technician whose only job was to inject the dye, collapsed my vein. Will not come here again.
