Lauren is such a lovely person...not only does she give great massages but she has a calming presence. When you book, I highly recommend getting the CBD salve add-on...it smells like trees and boosts the relaxing effect of the massage! If you're experiencing muscle soreness or just need some stress relief, don't wait to book!

I have had services by both Lauren and Alex. I have recommened Lauren and Alex to family members, friends, and even coworkers. Lauren gives an amazing massage and I cannot speak highly enough about her skills. She brings a level of compassion and warmth to a massage I had never experienced before.
