I called today for a maintenance on my A/C after receiving the courtesy text reminder it was time! Everyone at this company is very polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. Today in the office I spoke with KERRIE. Kerrie is very efficient at what she does. During our call she kept me informed of what she was doing in scheduling an appointment for me.
