I have been to KW many times for both GelX and dip sets/fills and they are always kind, detailed and are very patient with my micromanagement :) Typically, I do make an appointment but they are usually running a few minutes behind. It doesn't bother me because I recognize that a majority of their business is from walk-ins. They have very competitive pricing. I have even brought my four year old a few times and they make her feel so special with a mini mani/pedi and flowers on her nails. Highly recommend KW Nail Lounge!
Loved the quality and attentive service provided by both the manicure and pedicure staff. Responded favorably to using a picture as reference. Met my expectations and looked just as asked for! Love the heated rocks, fragrant scrub and clay mask in the Deluxe Pedicure option. Very much worth it!! My daughter and I were both pleased.
