To believe it is to see it and experience the magic here. Serious next level yoga that has become an addiction! I call this place my church. They’ve really created a unique vibe that I’ve never seen in my many years of yoga practice around SoCal. Lots of buzzy energy and fast paced, challenging flows in power yoga - my personal favorite class. So grateful to have found this gem of a studio!

My parents live in Redlands; and anytime I’m in town I make sure to get a few classes in at inwrks. I’ve been following Shayna, Rochelle and Kris since the yoga room, and was so happy to see they started their own studio. I’ve lived in NYC, LA, SF and Seattle and still have never found a power yoga that matches the energy, fitness, and safety of yoga that Shayna Rochelle and Kris lead with. I’m 500 YTT certified, unfortunately not with the instructors at Inwrks, and I’ve given up on finding a studio (where I live) bc I always end up expecting the kind level that inwrks instructs with. So peaceful, so clean! I loved the vibes. The instructor was great and such a professional. The place is also very clean and the staff at the front was so welcoming. Thank you for a great experience!
