The best yoga studio. The iyengar yoga taught here is the best yoga you could learn imo and very authentic. It is advanced science. The studio has all props needed from beginner to advanced. It is so fortunate to have a studio near by.. Amy Brown is a certified yoga teacher, who trains teachers. She is very knowledgeable on the field.

THIS IS the place to go for quality yoga. I've been to flow and general yoga classes where I felt lost! I started with Amy over 2 years ago and will not ever leave! Amy is an immensely experienced, educated teacher. Unlike typical teachers where only 200 hours of education is required, Amy and other Iyengar teachers have intense learning for years. It's not only asanas and yoga philosophy, it's involves deep knowledge of precision, alignment and proper movement, for you as an individual. All and any medical issues and/or injuries are dealt with individually whether a private lesson or class. Amy can spot an injury or misalignment immediately and will work with student to accommodate the individual to be the best THEY can be. She encourages pushing yourself to your best being. She is firm yet fun. Very knowledgeable on the philosophic aspects- helping deal with stress, perspective, thankfulness and peace. Love this studio and especially Amy!
