About LA Fitness
LA Fitness is a gym that has been around for years, with equipment that could use some upgrading. Despite the warm temperature, the gym has two standout employees - a personal trainer who has been incredibly helpful, and a manager who genuinely cares about the gym members. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful, always greeting members with a smile and providing excellent customer service. The personal trainers are exceptional, helping members achieve impressive transformations. One trainer in particular, Janet, offers well-designed routines suitable for all ages and fitness levels, making workouts both effective and enjoyable. The front desk staff also go above and beyond to assist customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The process of signing up, especially with AARP Medicare advantage, was smooth thanks to a courteous and professional staff member named Stephanie, who also shared available offers. Dajon, another staff member, made himself available to assist with a 1-hour training session included in memberships. While the gym offers a good environment overall, the sauna is considered too hot, reaching around 200°F, which can cause discomfort and lightheadedness. Despite this, the gym remains a decent place to work out and meets the needs of many members.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the amazing experience I've had at this LA Fitness location. I've been to many gyms, and this one truly stands out.
I can't say enough about Janet, my workout instructor. She is, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. I go to both of her classes because she is absolutely fantastic. Her routines are so well-designed that they work for all ages and fitness levels, and I always leave her class sweaty but happy. She is a major reason why I love LA Fitness.
The front desk staff is also wonderful. They always greet me with a smile and are incredibly helpful, providing the best customer service. It makes a big difference.

I signed up with my AARP Medicare advantage the process was flawless thanks to Stephanie she took control and was courteous and professional. . She also told me about the offers that were available to me. Dajon made himself available to assist me with the 1 hour training session that comes with my membership.
This location is next best thing after Greenspot location closed but sauna is WAY too hot.(200*f)
I literally burn my legs and back as soon as I sit down. I love sitting in the sauna but in this one I came out feeling sick and lightheaded, again probably due to high temp. I tried again a few days later and same thing. Besides that it’s a decent gym.
