We have used control temp multiple times for everything from installing a brand new AC, service calls when I think something’s broken (but it’s always user error, change your filters people!) and now fixing ducting and splitting. Everyone I have talked to for any reason has been kind and respectful and makes the process of dealing with these kinds of things actually bearable. Big shoutout to Jeff and his team who came today and made sure I’m not sweating anymore while I work from home. They also went above and beyond and made sure my dumb dog didn’t get too far when she somehow escaped her crate and tried to go on an adventure out the door while they were working.Their prices are comparable if not better than others I’ve been quoted and they are reliable and don’t try to upsell anything. They’re going to help solve whatever problem you have and find the best solution, not the most expensive. This is definitely a quality over quantity business and we are loyal customers because of that.
